This 80 Lb Gas Drop-in Fryer (SG18DI) is made by Pitco. This line of drop-in fryers was designed for kitchens with limited space options. If you have extra counter space and not a lot of free floor space, then you may want to consider a drop-in fryer. This fryer comes with many of Pitcos standard accessories: a choice of one large or two smaller baskets, one drain line cleaning rod and a removable basket hanger. The tank features a peened finish, which simplifies cleaning and protects the tank surface from damage. The stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes, increasing efficiency of both heat and combustion. The gas control valve performs as a manual and pilot valve, gas filter and pressure regulator. This fryer will also automatically shut off if the temperature exceeds the upper limit.
