This 235 Lb Gas Freestanding Donut Fryer (34P) is made by Pitco. This fryer has a durable stainless steel cabinet and tank. The thermostat maintains the selected temperature automatically between 200- 400 and the heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger, providing maximum heat and combustion efficiency. The temperature limit switch safely shuts off all gas if the pilot light goes out. Capable of frying 100 dozen donuts per hour. Other standard features and accessories include a drainboard, submerger screen, adjustable legs, and donut turner sticks. Width includes drainboard at 36.
