This 170 Lb Electric Donut Fryer (E24) is made by Pitco. This fryer has a durable stainless steel cabinet and tank. The thermostat maintains the selected temperature automatically between 200- 400 and the sealed heating elements are enclosed in high temperature alloy stainless steel. The temperature limit switch safely shuts off all power to the heating elements if the fryer temperature exceeds the limit. Other standard features and accessories include a drainboard, submerger screen with handles, wire mesh tube screen, 6 adjustable legs, and two donut turner sticks. Features: Stainless steel cabinet and tank, Integrated gas control valve, Drainboard can double as fryer cover.
