This Steamer/Fryer is for use with Solaire 27XL grills (not 27-inch). Extend the capabilities of your Solaire beyond grilling. It is great for frying french fries and tempura, and for steaming vegetables, clams and lobster. The Steamer/Fryer replaces one of the grilling grids of your Solaire Grill. The Steamer/Fryer is made of stainless steel, with welded and polished corners to make a liquid-tight container. It includes a fry basket, steamer insert and lid.
